- We want you to savour and enjoy every product you buy from Wilderkin. If the item you have bought isn’t sensational, please let us know why, and we will be happy to replace it with something more suitable or give you your money back.
- A refund will be processed once we receive the product back. In most cases, particularly where the issue is a mistake at our end, a full refund will be given including freight. Sometimes however, the cost of the return courier may be deducted from the refund.
- If there is an issue with the product being damaged in transit, or not arriving when expected, please get in contact with us and we will follow this up with the delivery agent on your behalf. We would hate you to miss out or have major delays in receiving your purchase, so our team will chase to ensure you are enjoying your purchase with minimal delay.
